This small study was painted during my time in France after a morning spent at the local farmers market. I became drawn to the quiet beauty of everyday rituals there…slow mornings, warm bread wrapped in paper, and long conversations over coffee.

Painted alla prime, this piece was created quickly and intuitively, holding onto a fleeting moment before it disappeared.
